bdt69 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Amended terms take effect as soon as they are published, and continuing to use the platform means you have accepted those changes.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account and use services at bdt69, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for minors.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, bdt69 reserves the right to close all of them.
- Accounts may not be operated under another person's identity or on behalf of a third party.
- An active mobile number is required for registration and will be used for verification.
2.1 Identity Verification

3.1 Deposit Conditions
When depositing, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and the funds may be returned in such cases. Keep the transaction reference number — the support centre may ask for it if needed.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the mobile banking number linked to your account. Funds earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details). If any unusual activity is suspected, the withdrawal may be held for verification.
3.3 About Rocket
Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. bdt69 supports both deposits and withdrawals via Rocket.
4. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to placing bets in both the casino games and sports betting sections at bdt69:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- bdt69 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error.
- Using any manipulation or software to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- Placing bets on match-fixing or on the basis of insider information in sports betting is strictly prohibited.
4.1 Cancellations and Recalculations
If a match or event is postponed indefinitely or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In the case of a partial cancellation (for example, one leg of a multi-bet being cancelled), bdt69 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable policy.
4.2 Responsible Gaming

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
bdt69's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).
- The bonus applies only to the first registered account per person; a second account held by the same person will not receive the bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly while the bonus is active.
- If a withdrawal of only real (non-bonus) funds is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
- bdt69 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.
- bdt69 reserves the right to investigate any account where suspicious bonus use is detected.
6. VIP Program
The bdt69 VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback on the week's net losses.
Weekly cashback is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for that week and applying the applicable rate to the net loss. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity. bdt69 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt69 platform:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, hacking, or any other unlawful means.
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
- Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
- Spreading false information against bdt69 or with the intent to harm other users.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs for personal gain.
For any of the above violations, bdt69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action.
8. Personal Data and Privacy

11. Account Closure and Termination
